Microsoft has been regularly updating Office for Mac 2011, since Microsoft released the product back in the fall of 2010, with these kinds of point releases. The update requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later and also Office for Mac 14.1.0 or later. The update, 14.4.3, includes a handful of fixes for Outlook for Mac. Microsoft made available for download a minor update to its Office for Mac 2011 client on June 25.
